SALES & SHIPPING
Our mission is to meet and exceed our customer's expectations by delivering superior service and exceptional value through quality merchandise that we sell with pride and dedication. Your satisfaction is our primary concern. We personally inspect each item prior to shipping. We want to know if you have a concern about your purchase from Sawn Craft.
Shipping prices are based on the size and weight of each item and are calculated based on shipping within the contiguous United States. International shipping is not currently supported by our checkout system and as such we request that international customers contact us at Sales@Sawn-Craft.com to discuss shipping options prior to submitting your order.
In order to be lightweight, many of the products in this hobby are fragile and while we do all that we can to ensure your items get to you in perfect condition, sometimes packages are damaged. Damaged packages must be inspected immediately prior to accepting. Sawn Craft is not responsible for damage sustained during shipping. Any damaged shipments must be filed with the shipping company.
Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. Sawn Craft is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. Sawn Craft reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
All electronics sold by Sawn Craft are tested to be fully operational at the time of shipment.
Sales tax of 6.35% is charged for orders shipped to Connecticut. All orders for local pickup are subject to sales tax.
WARRANTY
Due to the nature of the unique hobby products sold, Sawn Craft provides no warranty of any kind for any of the electronics or products it sells.
RETURNS
Should you wish to return an unused item, for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of your delivery, for an exchange or full merchandise refund. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. All returns must be requested by contacting: Sales@Sawn-Craft.com
LIABILITY
Sawn Craft is at no time liable for any damages in the case that you cause injury to yourself and/or others or if you destroy and/or damage property with any of the products purchased and/or otherwise received from Sawn Craft. By participating in the RC modeling hobby you acknowledge that you fully understand the inherent danger involved when operating model aircraft. Spinning propellers can cause serious injury and extreme caution must be taken when operating or working on these models.
AMA SAFTEY CODE
